Description:
This furnace is mainly for annealing different kind of wound CRGO cores for transformers, to release inner stress and decrease iron loss.
Advantages:
-This furnace is horizontal and rectangular type, equipped with front-load trolley, convenient for loading & unloading workpieces, avoiding trolley interfering heating elements;
- Heating elements located more reasonable; heating temperature inside is more equal; rectangular furnace decreases idle space, saves evacuating duration, decreases nitrogen consumption.
- Equipped with heating uniform-temperature fan, cut down relative processing time and increase productivity.
- Heating element is made from nickel chromium alloy, longer life
- Equipped with PID temperature control instruments, very good temperature uniform inside the furnace, good for annealing result.
- The whole annealing progress is control by PLC, full automatic; Equipped with industrial computer, progress and cycle curve can be displayed, process data can be saved or printed.
